DELIVERY
Irène is committed to offering you an international and secure delivery. All our pieces are made by hand in our workshops in Paris to order within 2 to 3 weeks, lead times may vary slightly.
If your place of delivery is not offered when you fill in your information for delivery, please contact our customer service to organize a specific delivery: contact@irene-studio.com
The price indicated for orders outside the euro zone are indicated excluding taxes.
Irène reserves the right to refuse delivery in certain hard-to-reach areas and to modify its delivery rates without notice.
RETURN
If you wish to return your creation, please send an e-mail to contact@irene-studio.com indicating your order number.
You have 14 working days after the receipt of your purchase to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your jewel.
Please include all original items in your return package. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, via the use of the return label which will be sent to the Customer following his request.
These costs will be subtracted from the refund amount of the returned item(s). Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming return eligibility.
Irène reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of damage or other signs of use.
